01. First Steps:
Discussing & Quoting
First off, hello from Lettres Stationery & Events!
We want this process to be easy and enjoyable for you. It will begin with either an in-person appointment, phone call, or email correspondence. We'll chat about your ideas as well as vision, timeframe, and budget. Once we have a clear idea of your goals, we will start by sending you a quote for the scope of the project as well as a timeline for the way the process will work.
02. Design Process & Reviewing
This is the best part! Based on the initial conversation, we will provide concepts that you can review and develop. Once you have decided on the direction, you can provide us with feedback and reviews of the project.
The final step of your design will depend on your desired printing method. We work with a variety of different mediums and will help you choose the best process for your project. We coordinate the printing and delivery. A 50% deposit is required at the time the order is sent to production.
Many of our projects require assembly, of course. This can be anything from mounting your invitation, tying ribbons, and many other embellishments. Calligraphy, stuffing, and stamping of your invitations can be planned and managed and there is a separate charge for these options.

05. Last Steps
Now that your project is completed, we will find the best way to send you the order or mail the invites on your behalf. Final payments are expected at the time the order is mailed.
